Beschreibung

• Lead startup and commissioning of Armstrong equipment, including Variable Frequency Drives and Control Panels • Diagnose and repair equipment issues involving pumps, automated valves, and other systems • Document field work through the online portal • Provide on-site training to operators, service and installation teams, and mechanical contractors • Share field service insights with the After Sales team • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional sales • Travel within the Western region up to 60% of the time, with occasional travel to other parts of the USA • Handle service requests, complaints, and startup inquiries via calls and emails • Schedule and manage service visits • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation • Compile and review field reports to verify equipment performance and warranty adherence • Assist with connecting site equipment to the Internet or customer networks • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales teams on product development and project-specific initiatives • Identify and report product issues and contribute to process and design improvements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree or designation in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Applied Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with Drives, control panels, BAS systems, and automation • Familiarity with serial communications is a plus • Proven experience with mechanical pumps and HVAC systems • Proficiency in MS Office and strong software skills • Experience in commercial construction is desirable • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of hydronic HVAC systems, Variable Frequency Drives, automation, and Building Automation Controls is preferred
