Beschreibung

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets • Identify new opportunities and optimize market positioning • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team • Build strong relationships with clinicians, customers, and key stakeholders • Partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams • Represent AROA at industry events and conferences • Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical standards • Lead by example through regular field engagement, providing coaching and strategic support to the sales team in operating room and clinical settings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field • Minimum 5+ years’ sales experience in the medical device industry • At least 2 years in a leadership or management role • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment • Inspiring leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams • Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management skills • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes
