Beschreibung

• Set technical direction across multiple products and platforms, including AI infrastructure, data platforms, and shared primitives • Personally build components and primitives that increase leverage for other teams • Direct AI coding agents through real, multi-step engineering work • Decide what becomes shared infrastructure and make build-vs-buy decisions shaping the roadmap • Co-define prompt libraries, MCP server patterns, AI-generated-code quality gates, and human-agent collaboration patterns • Architect secure, governed Model Context Protocol integrations for internal APIs, data sources, and platform services • Drive convergence on strategic standards and simplify technology ecosystems • Institutionalize prioritization mechanisms, AI launch checklists, and SLOs • Lead high-stakes, one-way-door decisions and maintain contingency plans • Guide teams on investment priorities, define success metrics, and identify work to stop • Standardize canonical metrics, AI evaluation frameworks, minimum sample sizes, and guardrail dashboards • Co-define responsible-AI guardrails and review processes for high-risk use cases • Modernize legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native, agent-ready services • Define security patterns and partner with Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to safeguard sensitive member data • Mentor staff-level and senior engineers and shape technical-leadership norms across individual contributors • Work across technology domains, business teams, and offices in a highly collaborative environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8 to 12 years of full-stack development and architecture experience building web applications and services, including technical leadership beyond a single team • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience • Recent, hands-on track record personally building and shipping working software in the last year or two • Advanced, hands-on use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, including directing them through larger multi-step work • Track record of building AI coding-agent practices that others adopt • Strong proficiency in two or more of TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and C#/.NET • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular • Deep experience with RESTful API design, distributed systems, and microservices at scale • Cloud-native delivery on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including multi-region or hybrid deployments • Hands-on depth with the Model Context Protocol, prompt engineering for code, and AI building blocks such as Azure AI Foundry, RAG, LangChain, GraphRAG, or GraphDB • Production experience with real-time streaming and distributed messaging such as Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes • Advanced CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and modern DevOps or SRE practices • Record of mentoring senior engineers and raising the bar through frameworks and standards • Ability to explain complex AI and architectural ideas simply to executives and non-technical partners
