Beschreibung

• Lead and facilitate content brainstorming sessions aligned with Ascension’s mission and the Ascension Presents brand • Translate audience needs, trends, and platform insights into actionable video concepts • Develop and maintain a content roadmap and publishing calendar • Own assigned media offerings from concept through publication • Write or oversee outlines, scripts, and key messaging • Ensure theological accuracy and alignment with Catholic Church teachings • Coordinate shoots with producers, including timelines, logistics, and creative direction • Oversee production workflows, project quality, efficiency, and delivery • Own accountability for deadlines and deliverables • Collaborate with editors on pacing, storytelling, tone, and final video shape • Oversee titles, thumbnails, and descriptions to maximize click-through rate and viewer retention • Serve as editor or graphic designer as needed • Optimize content according to platform best practices • Build relationships with talent and guide them through content development • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing, social media, distribution, and broader Ascension teams • Analyze watch time, retention, CTR, engagement, and audience feedback • Test and refine content strategies based on performance data • Monitor media trends, algorithm changes, and digital content best practices • Ensure content reflects Ascension’s mission and presents the Catholic faith with clarity, beauty, and fidelity • Maintain awareness of influential voices, topics, and conversations in the Catholic digital space

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS in Media, Communications, Marketing, Production, or a related field • 5+ years of video product management or relevant experience • Knowledge of and experience in video production • Proficiency with Smartsheet (or similar), Adobe Suite, Google Suite, YouTube Analytics, and Klaviyo (or similar) • Proven ability to drive projects and lead teams • Strong project management, production coordination, and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to be creative and think outside the box to solve problems • Passion for developing products aligned with Ascension’s mission and values • Occasional travel required for specific projects, approximately three days per month • Occasional travel to Exton, PA, required • Exemplify and live core values of humility, passion, and integrity
