Beschreibung

• Serve as a resource to plan sponsors and financial advisors regarding ERISA compliance, plan design, and governmental reporting • Act as the single point of contact for employers, financial professionals, and plan sponsors for assigned accounts • Handle client meetings by video and phone • Provide timely customer service, problem solving, and issue resolution • Mentor Retirement Plan Coordinators to meet business targets, firm goals, and client obligations • Assist with initial and ongoing plan design and document support • Help clients meet IRS and Department of Labor deadlines • Maintain current knowledge of ERISA legislation and proposed legislative changes • Communicate valuation reports, participant statements, and annual testing results to clients • Review or perform annual plan testing and communicate results • Coordinate valuation reports, participant statements, trust accounting, annual testing, and reporting with assigned coordinators • Coordinate FuturePlan operations for client audit requirements • Coordinate internal and external parties during new-client conversions • Coordinate and oversee activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of the book of business • Protect, secure, and properly handle confidential Ascensus data • Assist with other assigned tasks and projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 3–5 or more years of ERISA experience in the retirement industry • Experience evaluating financial data • Experience with Relius software desirable, but not required • Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong evaluation and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize, manage tasks, and meet business operations and ERISA compliance requirements • Ability to plan and assign work and supervise staff • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to react productively to change and handle essential tasks • Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-stress environment • Ability to make reliable judgments concerning issues with potential financial and client-relations liabilities • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities • Ability to escalate issues appropriately within an organization • Ability to work additional hours as necessary to meet business needs
