Beschreibung

• Lead the design and execution of complex projects • Develop project execution plans that comply with contracts and customer-defined requirements • Establish deliverable timelines and efficient workflows with project team leads and customers • Solve complex design and application problems and provide high-quality customer deliverables • Define approaches, formalize work plans, and implement action plans for moderately complex projects • Evaluate contract specifications, project blueprints, electrical one-lines, and control schematics • Research equipment to determine SCADA connectivity and point-list compliance • Produce database and graphic submittals for customer review and identify variances • Define programming requirements for network connections and SCADA protocols • Create SCADA databases and graphics using database compile and graphic development tools • Load and integrate databases and graphics into customers' existing SCADA systems • Program field equipment including Smart Meters, Data Concentrators, RTUs, and IEDs • Troubleshoot SCADA system communication issues • Support SCADA point-to-point and commissioning events • Maintain detailed testing records, issue identification, and resolution logs • Complete SCADA database and display design submittals, programming, and implementation according to customer standards, policies, and contract specifications • Build and maintain relationships with customers and contractors and educate them on FAS team services • Develop in-depth knowledge in specific areas to improve efficiency and deliverable quality

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS or MS degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5 years’ experience in project engineering, preferably in a related industry • Strong technical background in electric power systems design, electric utility operations/dispatch, real-time control systems, or client/server applications • Ability to obtain a Government Clearance • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Strong commitment to superior customer service • Preferred: Active Top Secret Government Clearance • Experience with one or more of ICS/SCADA protocols, system design, application, network communications, UNIX/Linux/Windows operating systems, or C/C++ • Ability to work cross-functionally and at different organizational levels
