Beschreibung

• Operationalize customer business objectives and provide value realization in complex or stalled adoption situations • Enable end-users to effectively use Tanium products • Support and document technical setup and configuration of complex products in runbooks • Provide onsite technical assistance for support issues causing adoption or churn risk • Provide documented post-engagement feedback to Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Customer Service Operations • Assist Tanium customers with articulating business objectives as a post-sale product expert • Handle extraordinary customer engagement issues at Enterprise and Major accounts • Provide product-specific guidance for advanced use cases during short-term engagements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required • 8+ years in the industry with solid technical skills in multiple areas such as networking, security, operations, scripting, and/or programming • Experience in one or more of endpoint security, endpoint support/troubleshooting, incident response, systems management, or utility scripting • Utility scripting experience with bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python • Extensive hands-on Tanium experience • Prior experience and broad knowledge to lead customers and internal teams • Ability to master new concepts and technologies and continually develop expertise in the Tanium platform and modules • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate problem statements and plans clearly • Good judgment and ability to prioritize based on cost and value • Ability to work independently on complex, poorly documented problems • Ability to follow established technical support procedures • Executive communication skills, emotional intelligence, and patience • Ability to anticipate blockers and delays and communicate appropriately • Strong influencing skills with teams and strategic customers • Informal leadership and ability to adapt to changing conditions • Deep ownership of work and willingness to support team efforts • Highly collaborative reputation and ability to mentor and coach others
