Beschreibung

• Partner with clients to gather requirements and design scalable SAP ECP solutions. • Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, calculations, time management, and integration points. • Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll, tax, and benefits requirements. • Design and support integrations between EC, EC Payroll, and third-party systems. • Document system configuration, business processes, and testing activities. • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and mentorship to clients and team members. • Stay current with SAP releases, best practices, and certifications. • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless module integration.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience with deep, hands-on ECP expertise. • Proven experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules. • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll architecture, data flow, and compliance. • Background in client-facing consulting with excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
