Beschreibung

• Assist with First Notice of Loss (FNOL) processing and claim setup • Verify policy information and ensure accurate data entry into claims systems • Upload, index, organize, and maintain claim documentation and records • Process and route incoming email, fax, and mail correspondence • Prepare standard letters, forms, and claim-related communications • Gather documentation for claim investigations, including Vehicle Registration Reports, Police Reports, and ISO Reports • Communicate with internal departments and vendors to obtain or relay information • Handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of adjusters • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and vendor appointments • Follow up on outstanding documentation • Provide status updates to customers, agents, and third parties • Serve as a point of contact for basic claim inquiries and escalate complex issues • Support workload balancing and queue management • Monitor task queues and ensure SLAs are met • Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate trends • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, confidentiality, and data security standards • Participate in quality assurance programs and coaching sessions • Meet performance targets for turnaround time, documentation accuracy, SLA adherence, call handling, customer satisfaction, and adjuster support effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred • 1–3 years of experience in insurance, claims, or a call center environment • Strong data entry and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting claims adjusters or working in FNOL preferred • Familiarity with claims management systems such as CMS, Snapsheet, ISO, or Zendesk preferred • Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes preferred • Ability to work with multiple computer monitors and navigate various software applications and databases • Ability to analyze complex information, exercise sound judgment, solve problems, and make decisions in a high-volume environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality • Ability to perform work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to meet established productivity standards • Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance required
