Beschreibung

• Drive performance for assigned client programs by fostering relationships with leadership • Conduct program training at corporate, division, region, district, and site levels • Conduct train-the-trainer programs for client staff • Circulate performance and compliance reports • Consult with client management to establish and execute plans for achieving or exceeding program goals • Develop and enhance relationships with client management at regional, district, and store levels • Communicate program results and marketing plans to client and Assurant management • Summarize activities for ROI purposes and track related performance • Serve as the primary contact between Assurant and the client for assigned areas • Assist with promotions and contests • Ensure travel budget adherence and control expenses • Conduct competitive analysis and prepare reports, including occasional mystery shopping • Identify and assist in resolving customer and client service quality process issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, wireless, or other customer-facing environments • Strong understanding of sales, client service, and account development • Proven presentation and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and engage leaders effectively • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience developing and executing strategies to improve business results • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multimedia presentation tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%
