Beschreibung

• Utilize dashboards daily to track, manage, and complete assigned tickets, contracts, and purchase requisitions • Filter and prioritize daily workloads by reviewing dashboard queues • Monitor active tickets and prioritize work based on operational priority and aging days • Provide immediate ticket updates in accordance with SLA thresholds • Maintain clear, current status notes and high documentation standards • Oversee active contracts in the funding queue and prioritize reviews • Update contract notes at least weekly with current funding progress • Review contracts with approved Purchase Requisitions and confirm PRs are properly tied and approved • Update the system immediately once PRs are approved and ready • Monitor pending PR approvals daily • Follow up proactively on pending requisitions according to urgency, including daily follow-ups for Urgent Requisitions and routine follow-ups for Standard Requisitions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and processes • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers • Experience solving practical problems involving limited standardization • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions • Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness • High technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and modern collaboration tools • Ability to quickly master new software and digital workflows • Hands-on experience with Telecom Expense Management Systems (TEMS), e.g. Rivermine • Familiarity with ERP tools, e.g. SAP Fiori, Ariba, Buying Hub • Experience using enterprise ticketing platforms, e.g. Remedy or ServiceNow • Ability to interpret complex commercial contracts • Ability to analyze line-item invoices • Ability to calculate foreign exchange (FX) variances • Ability to execute usage analyses • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing supplier relationships, updating stakeholders, and navigating high-priority operational escalations • Self-motivated with strong project ownership from concept through completion • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities • High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and consistent record of meeting deadlines
