Beschreibung

• Provide operational support for Java-based applications and services running in production • Troubleshoot application, server, and infrastructure issues to quickly restore service • Analyze logs, performance metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes • Support Linux-based server environments and application infrastructure • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and production support activities • Monitor application health, system performance, and availability • Document operational procedures and troubleshooting guides • Recommend improvements to system reliability, scalability, and automation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Expert-level experience supporting and troubleshooting Java applications • Strong knowledge of Linux server administration • Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or similar • Proficiency in Python scripting • Working knowledge of Go (Golang) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience working with various development programs • Ability to quickly learn customer support processes, tools and techniques • Understanding of how to configure third-party software components and technologies • Ability to perform root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues • Ability to collaborate and work remotely including use of communication tools • Ability to multi-task and self-organize including prioritization of activities • Experience using monitoring systems • Attention to detail • Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Nice to have: Kubernetes and Docker experience • Nice to have: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or New Relic • Nice to have: Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines • Nice to have: Experience with REST APIs and microservices • Nice to have: Experience with Git and version control • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Must be able to use a computer • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
