Beschreibung

• Drive transformational AI programs from ideation through deployment • Plan milestones, manage dependencies, identify risks, and align stakeholders • Convert strategic AI goals into structured program plans with timelines, owners, success criteria, and go/no-go gates • Coordinate engineering, operations, and vendor partners and escalate blockers • Ensure AI solutions support adoption, usability, and operational readiness for field technicians, engineers, and operations teams • Embed AI governance through validation frameworks, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and rollback protocols • Define KPIs such as FTE avoidance, cycle-time reduction, and error-rate improvement • Report program outcomes to leadership • Manage shared resource constraints, inter-program dependencies, and external blockers across concurrent initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in technical program management or technical leadership roles driving complex, multi-team initiatives • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs, track deliverables across teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive decisions amid ambiguity • Track record delivering internal tools, platforms, or automation systems adopted by other teams • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration into operational workflows, including data quality, model outputs, and automation boundaries • Understanding of automation design patterns and safety considerations, including human-in-the-loop gates, output validation, and autonomy risk assessment • Experience working with engineering teams and technical discussions around APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, and deployment architectures • Ability to synthesize complex technical programs into leadership updates and drive senior-stakeholder alignment • Preferred: experience leading AI/ML initiatives end-to-end • Preferred: product or platform ownership experience • Preferred: familiarity with data validation and cross-system consistency challenges • Preferred: experience with infrastructure lifecycle programs at scale • Preferred: phased rollout strategies • Preferred: capacity planning, resource orchestration, or supply/demand signal integration • Preferred: MLOps concepts including model versioning, training pipelines, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement • Preferred: field operations enablement; AR/IoT a plus • Preferred: embedded partnership within a large technology organization and coordination with vendors/partners
