Beschreibung

• Act as the primary point of contact to lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers • Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and business objectives • Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms • Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practices • Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to use Rhumbix mobile apps • Collaborate with the product and development teams to map out customized CSV or ERP payroll exports

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting • Experience working with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platforms • Strong understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operations • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
