Beschreibung

• Generate new referrals, conduct outreach, and provide marketing support within an assigned territory • Educate clients, families/support systems, Regional Center staff, and public audiences about Aveanna’s support services • Drive revenue growth and work with location management to ensure profitability • Cultivate and foster a mature referral network throughout the assigned territory • Travel frequently to assigned Regional Centers to build, develop, and retain relationships • Represent Aveanna at offsite meetings, in-services, community events, conferences, expos, and resource fairs • Plan, budget, forecast, and execute events and projects throughout California, potentially including overnight travel • Present educational in-services • Plan and produce informational materials for events • Formulate community relations initiatives to increase brand recognition and regional market share • Research and resolve sensitive inquiries and complaints • Identify potential growth areas and service lines • Act as Aveanna liaison to Regional Centers and other Community Based Organizations • Assist with referral utilization management and follow-up communication • Manage and collect feedback from referral sources, clients, and the community

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Caring, positive, and empathetic attitude • Ability to work with people from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels • Self-starter • Valid Driver License and driving record meeting company standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Must adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to interact collaboratively with departments and teams • Ability to clearly speak, write, read, and understand English • Ability to travel, including possible overnight travel • Reliable transportation with a well-maintained, insured vehicle and current state registration • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds occasionally • Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and twist for prolonged periods • Ability to sit and climb stairs • Visual and hearing acuity; strong sense of smell and touch • Ability to function in varied environments, including possible exposure to allergens • Compliance with required health-related vaccinations and testing, subject to applicable exemptions • Preferred: employment experience in community-based or social services • Preferred: knowledge of Regional Center systems • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or related field • Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or another language deemed needed by Aveanna (listed under Bilingual requirement)
