• Command the global strategic direction for our workwear portfolio, driving market leadership and commercial success. • Drive fully integrated global marketing campaigns to achieve tangible brand growth and client engagement. • Act as a pivotal, trusted strategic partner to the global commercial leadership team. • Forge global market awareness and build brand equity for Avery Dennison’s workwear solutions. • Optimize integrated global campaigns across various channels tailored to influence the workwear buying committee. • Define brand presence at major global workwear, safety, and textile trade shows. • Analyze global campaign data, regional sales performance, and marketing impact.
• 5–7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a proven background specifically within the workwear, protective apparel (PPE), or industrial textile laundry industries. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field; MBA a plus. • Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional global teams, with the ability to manage potential direct reports. • Proven track record of creative and conceptual ideation, with the ability to translate complex, technical product attributes into compelling, visually engaging, and innovative marketing campaigns. • Deep understanding of the workwear ecosystem, including industrial laundry durability requirements, safety/regulatory standards, and corporate uniform procurement channels.
