Beschreibung

• Contribute to and drive the Proxy Account Opening roadmap across deposits, brokerage, credit card, and related products • Work closely with enterprise delivery teams to own delivery of critical projects and release best-in-class client experiences • Lead product owners in day-to-day SDLC activities • Define product roadmaps aligned with strategic vision • Understand market trends, business objectives, and customer segments to define product solutions • Define workflows, process maps, and data flows to document product requirements • Prioritize feature releases to optimize business outcomes • Lead product owners, designers, and solution architects in defining product requirements • Support operational readiness activities, including documentation, training, and staffing • Analyze business metrics and customer feedback to improve product performance • Perform user acceptance testing • Collect customer feedback and pain points • Present project status, roadmaps, features, and KPIs to leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years building/managing technical products • Strong understanding of product discovery, product lifecycle, and SDLC processes • Ability to communicate with subject matter experts across business, technology, analytics, risk, and operations • Experience working in an agile / scrum environment • Experience with issue and development tracking software such as Microsoft DevOps or Jira • Experience with KYC, KYB, and other identity verification and fraud prevention solutions • Strategic and tactical thinking • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams • Ability to build consensus amid differing opinions and priorities • Ability to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment • Successful completion of credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening • Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements
