Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end development of new savings and annuity products from concept through build, launch, and post-launch iteration • Own the new product vision and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business opportunity, customer research, and effort • Engage with customers to understand needs, pain points, and trust drivers • Conduct competitive product analysis to identify gaps and opportunities • Translate research and analysis into product concepts • Collaborate with design and engineering on rapid prototyping and iteration cycles • Test product concepts, features, and pricing structures before full-scale launch • Develop product metrics, instrumentation, and reporting • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance to design simple, transparent, compliant products • Serve as the expert and point of contact for new-product questions, feedback, and requests • Write PRDs and product specifications covering problem statements, hypotheses, success metrics, and rollout plans • Use AI tools to accelerate research, concept iteration, and content generation while maintaining data quality and regulatory sensitivity • Partner with Marketing on launches, positioning, and lifecycle programs that drive product adoption

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of product management experience • Track record of taking new products from concept to launch; 0-to-1 experience strongly preferred • Data-driven decision-making using customer research, market sizing, pilot results, and cohort analysis • Ability to simplify risk checks, regulations, and eligibility rules into intuitive product experiences without sacrificing compliance or trust • Ability to prioritize tradeoffs among speed to market, customer experience, compliance, and long-term brand equity • Strong communication skills with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Executive stakeholders • Proven ownership mindset and ability to independently chart strategy, execute, and iterate quickly • Go-to-market experience partnering with Marketing on launches, positioning, and lifecycle programs • Regular use of AI tools for research, ideation, and execution in a regulated domain • Fintech or Insurtech experience, particularly launching financial or insurance products, preferred • Startup or high-growth background, especially in 0-to-1 product environments, preferred • Experience in engineering, design, or data science, preferred • Experience defining and leveraging AI/ML for new product use cases, preferred
