Beschreibung

• Contributing to the business and growth and preparation of complex proposals/bids • Contract finalization and compliance with ITO process • Developing commercial strategies and proposals • Compiling and submitting required tender documentation • Ensuring deals are delivering shareholder value • Driving competitive pricing and negotiating with customers • Researching markets and competitors to identify best-fit technologies • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative customer solutions • Preparing proposals, maximizing profitability and convertibility • Ensuring compliance with commercial risk assessment and proposal preparation procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college • 8+ years of experience in commercial operations or application engineering or in a client facing role related to technologies for the Energy industry • 6+ years of knowledge of rotating equipment and solutions for the Industrial Energy industry • Significant experience in complex tendering, contract management and negotiations • Experience of leading, planning and executing successful strategies • Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization • Be a strong team player, interacting with all supporting functions • Have proven capability to establish good relationship with customers and build trust • Ability to travel as business requires • Fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills.
