Beschreibung

• Secure and manage refrigeration maintenance service contract sales • Sell refrigeration programs • Appraise and inventory mechanical systems and equipment to determine maintenance needs • Interpret drawings, equipment condition, time requirements, and working conditions to apply company pricing • Respond to customer complaints and cancellations with an effective action plan • Follow up on leads and referrals • Prepare reports, proposals, job packages, paperwork, and documentation • Identify prospects through cold calling, research, and networking • Maintain contact with potential customers and conduct periodic follow-up • Communicate maintenance program options and determine the best option with customers • Support and maintain a Lean working environment • Collaborate with the group to achieve results • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Passion for sales • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven sales success in a business or office environment • Business-to-business sales experience preferred • Previous service or maintenance sales experience is a plus • Strong multitasking and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Customer-oriented focus and philosophy • College degree in sales or a related field is a plus • Refrigeration or HVAC system experience preferred
