Beschreibung

• Assist in defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the billing platform • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis • Prioritize and manage the product backlog • Draft product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria • Define problems, proposed solutions, user flows, and success metrics • Work closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and product demos • Serve as a key contact for engineering regarding product requirements and priorities • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) • Deliver product demonstrations to potential customers and tailor them to customer needs and use cases • Gather customer and prospect feedback during presales activities • Assist in creating product presentations, datasheets, and FAQs to support sales • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and finance • Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and launch plans to stakeholders • Build relationships with key customers and partners • Define and track KPIs to measure product success • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to improve features and inform future development

🎯 Anforderungen
