Beschreibung

• Design and develop software applications using Node.js, React, and Flutter • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Perform testing and quality assurance of developed features • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full technology stack • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Evaluate and integrate AI tooling into the development workflow • Collaborate with team members on technical solutions • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on the technology stack and development best practices • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions • Set technical direction and drive team best practices • Contribute to moderately complex project aspects • Take initiative in problem-solving and solution development • Work independently while maintaining team collaboration • Support project planning and estimation activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-6+ years of related professional software development experience • 4+ years of hands-on Node.js development experience • 3+ years of React.js experience • Experience building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints • Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Understanding of server architecture, middleware, and backend frameworks such as Express.js or Fastify • Dart programming proficiency • Experience with Flutter and cross-platform mobile app development • Understanding of Flutter widgets and state management • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testing frameworks • Strong full-stack debugging and troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with modern development tools, IDEs, and build processes • Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor • Experience integrating LLM APIs via AWS Bedrock into production applications • Working knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation patterns is nice to have • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree • Experience working in collaborative development environments • Demonstrated ability to work on projects with moderate complexity • Desired: AWS Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, microservices architecture, mobile app deployment, Agile/Scrum, open source contributions, technical writing and documentation
