Beschreibung

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. • Translate loosely defined business processes into functional, production-ready solutions. • Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions with a focus on time-to-value. • Focus on practical, scalable implementations rather than over-engineered designs. • Partner with SQL/data engineering teams to extend workflows across the data platform ecosystem. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and refine solutions. • Integrate AI workflows with existing systems, reporting, and data services. • Support production workflows and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Participate in shift-based schedules (no nights) and occasional weekend support. • Operate as a fully independent contributor, delivering impact with minimal ramp-up. • Own solutions from concept through deployment, including testing and iteration.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of overall experience in software, automation, or data-related roles. • Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. • Proven ability to build end-to-end automated solutions quickly and pragmatically. • Experience leveraging AI to solve real business workflow challenges. • Work with ambiguous requirements. • Independently define and deliver solutions. • Balance speed with quality. • Experience supporting live systems and workflows. • Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive end-to-end resolution. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Confident in client-facing environments. • Ability to translate technical solutions into business impact. • Proven ownership, accountability, and ability to operate under pressure. • Experience working with Microsoft clients or ecosystem. • Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation or conversational AI solutions. • Background in startup or rapid development environments preferred.
