Beschreibung

• Work directly with functional teams and senior leaders to turn ideas into measurable results • Take responsibility for defined projects, workstreams, business problems, and deliverables • Turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses, recommendations, plans, and deliverables • Build and test AI tools, automations, and repeatable workflows • Check AI output accuracy and usefulness and apply human judgment and review • Build working relationships across functions and advance shared projects • Define success measures, communicate progress and risks, and follow through on commitments • Present concise recommendations with reasoning, evidence, and next steps • Develop product, customer, market, and operating knowledge • Product Marketing: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, research customer needs, and create AI-enabled content workflows • Sales & Growth Strategy: analyze customer, product, and market information; develop pitches, proposals, business cases, and sales presentations; coordinate RFP/RFI responses; build pricing models; improve sales workflows with AI and automation • New Products Market Introduction: research market opportunities, develop business cases, test positioning, recommend target segments and use cases, coordinate launch activities, and track launch readiness and feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong problem-solving skills • Demonstrated AI capability • Ability to learn quickly • Evidence of turning analysis into decisions, useful deliverables, or results • Demonstrated use of AI to build or materially improve a workflow, tool, or output • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to structure an argument and explain reasoning • Ability to manage multiple priorities, incorporate feedback, and deliver reliable work • Willingness to engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams • MBA from a leading business school and some relevant work experience preferred, but neither required • Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, AI, energy, utilities, or clean technology helpful but not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
