Beschreibung

• Set up the implementation function for future growth using evidence-based methodologies rooted in implementation science • Develop and execute implementation strategies aligned with organizational goals and client expectations • Oversee end-to-end implementation from Sales partnership through launch, stabilization, and handoff to Customer Success • Scope, plan, execute, and provide post-implementation support for health system and provider clients • Implement best practices and standardize processes while addressing each client’s unique needs • Synthesize client and internal-team learnings to inform go-to-market and internal processes • Develop and manage implementation of prescription digital treatments with providers while ensuring regulatory compliance • Coordinate provider and practice workflows for prescribing, ordering, patient communication, activation, and billing • Train providers and practice staff on ordering prescription digital treatments • Monitor and optimize provider partnerships using data to define and measure success • Resolve operational barriers during launch and stabilization; coordinate technical implementation and support with Solutions IT Engineering • Partner with Customer Success on account-management handoff • Lead cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate risks, and provide proactive solutions • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, clinical, product, and patient support teams on partnerships and integrations • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as necessary • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews • Analyze project performance and prepare reports for senior management

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or operations, including hands-on practice or healthcare operations experience, with a proven track record of managing complex projects with organizations of all sizes • Degree(s) in business, project management, healthcare, public health or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • Former or currently licensed healthcare or behavioral health provider preferred • Experience implementing or optimizing billing and revenue cycle workflows across multiple software systems and organizational structures • Working knowledge of payer reimbursement policy, procedure coding (e.g., HCPCS/CPT), and appeals processes • Experience coordinating with health system IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams to navigate technical and regulatory requirements, including HL7 interfaces, SFTP file exchange, and contract/compliance review • Strong understanding of and experience applying implementation science principles • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Experience training healthcare providers on digital health or medical devices, or working in the regulated healthcare industry, is a plus • Sleep medicine or behavioral health experience preferred
