Beschreibung

• Manage the refrigeration and HVAC Services budgets • Develop and implement strategies to maintain refrigeration systems and reduce energy consumption within budget • Prepare capital and expense budgets and justify refrigeration-related requests • Track and report capital and expense spending and prepare result justifications • Provide functional guidance to Construction and Design Departments to improve system efficiencies • Conduct on-site visits for new club punch-lists and existing club walk-throughs • Provide feedback to reduce the lifetime costs of assets • Select and manage qualified vendors, verify work quality and service value, inspect work, compare billing data, and provide vendor feedback • Minimize food loss by maintaining recommended storage temperatures • Control temperature and humidity to provide a comfortable atmosphere for Team Members and Members • Recommend, test, obtain approval for, and implement capital improvements • Manage and direct direct reports to achieve goals and follow company policy • Design, develop, and implement building, equipment, and systems programs for heating, cooling, and refrigeration • Provide input to prototype design • Develop preventative maintenance programs to extend system and facility life • Oversee department objectives for new comfort systems, food quality, and refrigeration programs across the chain • Develop facility, system, and equipment maintenance procedures • Research and implement energy initiatives to reduce refrigeration, HVAC, and energy expenses • Monitor industry trends and government regulations and provide feedback to Facilities Services, Construction, and Design Departments

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 years of supermarket experience • 5 years in building refrigeration maintenance management • Knowledge of refrigeration principles • Knowledge of the Montreal Protocol and Clean Air Act • Knowledge of energy policy and maintenance procedures • Knowledge of equipment design • Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical design principles • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time
