Beschreibung

• Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for RE NXT Web View and emerging AI-powered capabilities • Engage directly with customers to increase product adoption, optimize workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes • Deliver presentations, webinars, executive briefings, product demonstrations, and industry thought leadership content • Partner with customers to identify best practices and help them achieve greater operational maturity and success • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape messaging, adoption strategies, and customer enablement programs • Develop customer-facing resources including playbooks, best-practice guides, case studies, and success stories • Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, helping influence product innovation and future roadmap priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, or a related SaaS role • Experience presenting to executive, technical, and end-user audiences with confidence and credibility • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills • Ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and business outcomes • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams • Knowledge of RE NXT or similar enterprise SaaS platforms and customer workflows • Experience driving product adoption, change management, digital transformation, or customer success initiatives • Nonprofit industry experience and familiarity with AI-powered technologies and solutions preferred
