Beschreibung

• Assess Blattner’s Quality Culture and verify that the Quality Program is understood, followed, enforced, and consistently applied across projects • Develop, implement, and refine Inspection Instructions and Test Instructions • Train, develop, and mentor Site Quality Coordinators • Support Site Quality Coordinators in establishing Quality Control Work Plans • Train and coach Construction personnel on Quality Assurance efforts • Analyze trends and solve problems to proactively mitigate quality, safety, and waste exposures • Promote compliance with Standard Work Instructions and mandatory operating procedures • Act as the Quality subject matter expert with the Process Excellence team on Standard Work updates • Collaborate with Safety on corporate, electrical, and project-specific safety programs • Apply Stop Work Authority for quality and/or safety exposures • Align Quality Control teams with inspection and testing requirements • Participate in recruitment, interviews, and hiring of Site Quality Coordinators and Quality Control Inspectors • Support scheduling and placement of site Quality personnel • Communicate company-wide quality challenges and concerns to project teams • Perform observations of construction and quality activities and act on deviations • Support data-driven Continuous Improvement initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in management, construction management, engineering, quality, or related field or equivalent education and experience • Eight or more years of progressive related experience required • Experience in a construction quality leadership preferred • Excellent communication and people skills, as well as interpersonal and collaborative skills at all levels within the organization and clients • Must be able to articulate clear and concise messages including translating technical material when necessary • Leadership skills and experience necessary to train and develop Site Quality Coordinators • Complete understanding of Standard Work including Lessons Learned, Work Methods, Standard Work Instructions • Complete understanding of Quality Control Inspection Instructions and Test Instructions • Thorough understanding of root cause analysis techniques, nonconformance reporting, management, and data reporting • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, as well as OEM manuals • Ability to quickly develop/obtain knowledge of renewable energy construction methods, engineering, and equipment and material selection • Ability to lead groups of peers and/or subordinates and orchestrate conversations, meetings, and presentations • Competent with computer programs (MS Office) and analytical tools • Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record • Up to 75% travel required
