Beschreibung

• Serve as the end-to-end owner of the marketing technology ecosystem • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of marketing programs • Drive data insights & AI use cases for customer engagement experiences • Own and lead customer lifecycle marketing workstreams • Architect and optimize cross-channel customer journeys • Establish data architecture and governance practices • Act as the primary bridge between Marketing and IT • Drive roadmap and prioritization of Martech initiatives • Lead analyses to identify gaps and translate insights into practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of hands-on data analytics • Strong grasp of platform capabilities and limitations • Strategic mindset for scalable Martech solutions • Experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams • Strong prioritization, planning, and delegation skills • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes • Excellent communication skills • Adaptable in fast-paced environments • Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields (a plus) • Marketing Cloud Certification (strongly preferred) • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
