Beschreibung

• Lead the ecommerce merchandising function across Shiseido Group’s prestige brand portfolio • Lead, coach, and develop a team of eMerchandisers • Ensure execution across catalog, navigation, on-site search, content, and promotions • Serve as merchandising subject matter expert and escalation point • Oversee site merchandising, content, and promotion updates using Salesforce Commerce Cloud • Project manage front-end content and coordinate development and QA activities • Set up, test, validate, and deploy promotions • Maximize SFCC Business Manager merchandising and optimization tools • Improve merchandising operations, governance, execution quality, and speed-to-market • Maintain merchandising documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence • Manage team operations, resource allocation, workflows, prioritization, delivery tracking, and capacity planning • Manage subscription program operations and vendor relationships • Partner with Analytics on tracking, tagging, KPI reporting, dashboards, and optimization • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, ADX, IT, Product Management, and Development teams • Lead merchandising workstreams through requirements gathering, development, configuration, testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and business sign-off • Conduct post-launch performance analysis • Partner on experimentation and A/B testing initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years’ experience in Ecommerce with an in depth understanding of online merchandising, site optimization, web analytics, and delivery of ecommerce enhancements through cross-functional IT projects and release cycles • Deep, hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and tools, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including merchandising configurations, promotions, catalog management, search, content publishing, troubleshooting, and QA validation • Proven experience leading and developing eCommerce merchandising teams • Strong experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and partnering with Product, IT, and Development teams • Hands-on experience with QA, UAT, troubleshooting, and ecommerce project delivery • Exposure to AI-powered ecommerce tools and capabilities • Experience managing third-party development and technology vendors • Analytical and data driven • Effective time-management and project management skills • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives • Strong organization skills • Ability to create and maintain timelines; work and execute within deadlines • Ability to understand site analytics data, build reports, and summarize in meaningful way for the goals of the business • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Understanding the beauty market is a plus
