Beschreibung

• Develop and execute KOL customer strategies and tactics supporting BeOne’s hematology oncology products • Serve as a Regional Marketer on the Customer Enterprise Team supporting the Hematology portfolio, including Brukinsa and Beqalzi • Implement integrated KOL and customer engagement strategies for Brukinsa and Beqalzi • Build partnerships with external KOL customers and influence commercial strategy with internal partners • Represent BeOne at US and ex-US meetings, conferences, and functions • Develop promotional speaker bureau strategy for BeOne’s oncology portfolio • Execute integrated commercial and marketing plans at national and regional scientific meetings • Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations & Business Analytics teams • Uncover, prioritize, and communicate market insights, challenges, barriers, and solutions • Develop promotional peer-to-peer content, product theaters, and conference education programs • Develop and execute commercial advisory boards • Evaluate and implement innovative KOL tactics • Contribute to QBRs, brand and tactical planning, and Launch Readiness Reviews • Drive business results and contribute to culture and people initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience • Minimum of 3 years of Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing experience preferred • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to establish meaningful relationships with KOL customers and internal commercial, medical affairs, and clinical development teams • Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Ability to synthesize data and deliver clear overviews of commercial insights, opportunities, and risks • Bachelor’s degree required • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint • Ability to manage and refine workflow processes with Excel • Willingness to travel 50% or more
