Beschreibung

• Gather specific information on refractory installation projects from internal and external customers • Support refractory installation trials and troubleshoot refractory installation problems • Participate in Value Added Services, Marketing, and Sales meetings • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement • Create new processes and performance metrics • Educate employees, customers, contractor installers, and sales representatives on processes and improvement ideas • Facilitate meetings to develop and monitor critical service metrics • Establish performance measures and staffing for tracking prescribed activities and goals • Provide strategic customer sales and technical support • Track competitive activity in the region • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Marketing teams to develop growth opportunities • Partner with HR to develop value added services competency and learning programs • Develop installation teams, leverage best practices, and institutionalize knowledge • Maintain headcount needs • Assist with regional installation needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical, or Operations Management • Experience in refractory installation for both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous applications • Knowledge of refractory installation equipment operation, repair, and troubleshooting • Computer operation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong strategic thinking and business problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to assemble and quickly analyze data • Excellent organizational skills with accurate and precise attention to detail • Self-motivation and ability to adapt quickly • Six plus (6+) years of refractory installation experience, or equivalent construction or manufacturing experience • Two plus (2+) years of people management across multiple locations preferred • Ability to meet the stated physical and environmental requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds more than two-thirds of the time and up to 100 pounds less than one-third of the time • Ability to work in environments exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor conditions, extreme heat, electrical shock risk, vibration, and very loud noise over 85 decibels • Accurate distance and peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus
