Beschreibung

• Own all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboards and activates merchant relationships across Shopping’s product experiences • Work directly with engineering to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences • Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams • Iteratively launch and test new experiences • Operate autonomously using data- and market-backed judgment from ideation through launch • Own business cases, prioritization, and monitoring for product experiences • Build operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive investment decisions • Drive cross-functional execution and business growth within Capital One Shopping

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience • Exceptional data and SQL skills • At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Computer Science or Engineering • Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in a high growth/startup technology environment • Preferred: At least 5 years of experience working with SQL • Preferred: At least 5 years of business analysis experience • Preferred: At least 8 years of experience working directly with software engineering departments to build tooling and processes supporting and scaling new product experiences • Preferred: Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products • Preferred: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
