Beschreibung

• Articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for the domain • Decompose complex problems into practical and operational solutions • Ensure the quality of technical design and implementation • Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics, including performance, scalability, and operability • Continue learning and inject advanced technical knowledge into the engineering community • Handle several projects simultaneously and balance time to maximize impact • Act as a role model and mentor within the technology community • Coach and strengthen the technical expertise of the engineering and product community • Work hands-on on high-order problems including multi-tenancy, right-time insights, centralized anomaly detection and action, and agentic patterns for Finance business orchestration • Mentor and upskill senior engineering talent • Foster technical excellence and innovation while ensuring scalable and resilient solutions • Create clear communications, code samples, blog posts, and other knowledge-sharing materials • Work with teams across the company to build an AI-powered platform for end-to-end Finance business process automation • Define modern technology strategies and solutions for future stakeholder needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 9 years of experience in general software engineering and solution architecture • Experience with enterprise architecture and design patterns • Experience with software specializations • Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks • Experience across the full ML development lifecycle using AI and ML frameworks • Experience with cloud computing, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud • Experience with data architecture • Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field • Preferred: 10+ years of professional experience coding in commonly used languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Swift • Preferred: 10+ years of professional experience across the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support • Preferred: 3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies • Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion • Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position
