Beschreibung

• Regularly visit powersports dealerships within the assigned territory • Assess dealership training needs, marketing materials inventory, and sales processes • Provide comprehensive training on Cardo product features, benefits, selling points, and effective product use • Address dealership questions, concerns, and technical inquiries • Ensure dealerships have an adequate supply of marketing materials • Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales representatives • Serve as the main point of contact for dealership inquiries and concerns • Stay updated on Cardo product features, updates, and advancements • Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to internal teams • Provide feedback on market response and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion • Maintain accurate records of dealership visits, training sessions, sales performance, and marketing material inventory • Prepare regular reports summarizing activities, achievements, and areas for improvement • Support dealer business development, revenue growth, and sales productivity

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience within the powersports industry is highly preferred • Dirt bike background is an advantage • Strong knowledge and understanding of powersports products, specifically Cardo communication systems, is an advantage • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and communicate effectively with dealership personnel • Proven ability to build and maintain strong dealership relationships • Exceptional customer service skills • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth • Highly organized with excellent time management skills • Ability to manage multiple dealership visits and priorities • Self-motivated and proactive • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining consistent communication with the team • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel frequently, with at least 80% of travel time
