Beschreibung

• Develop new learning content, including ILT and CBT • Maintain and update existing learning content • Facilitate new hire, refresher, and upskill training in a fully remote environment • Train employees on telephony systems, electronic health records, and internal tools • Conduct role plays, simulations, and hands-on learning activities • Reinforce workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations through coaching • Support onboarding coordination and training administration • Partner with operations leaders and subject matter experts to align training with business needs • Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement • Build learner confidence in systems and workflows and ensure training effectiveness through standardized measurement

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of training development experience • 3+ years of virtual facilitation experience • Experience with an AI-enabled LMS and supporting technologies such as Zoom and Teams • Ability to train on policies, systems, workflows, and job-specific processes • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles • Excellent writing, communication, and engagement skills • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Windows or Apple macOS computer only; no Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones • Windows 10 or later, or macOS 14 Sonoma or later • Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent on Windows, or Apple Silicon on Mac • 16 GB RAM • Wired headphones required; built-in microphones are not accepted • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload • Ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router • Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces • Webcam required for video calls
