Beschreibung

• Coordinate land acquisition campaigns for multiple prospective utility-scale projects (200MW+) at any one time • Communicate progress to the Sr. Director of Development on a regular cadence to drive project success • Represent Doral to landowners, local/state government officials, consultants and other key stakeholders • Work closely with other departments to proactively identify project risks, implement solutions, and maximize project value • Stay up to date on market trends, regulatory policies, and technologies in the renewable energy sector • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, investors, and stakeholders • Cooperation with development team where needed on land acquisitions, permitting, etc.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (business or engineering-preferred) • Land acquisition work (either directly or managing) • Project development experience is a plus, but not required • Comfortable negotiating contracts such as site control agreements • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with landowners, public officials, and all those potentially affiliated with Doral and/or the project • Team player who thrives off collaborative work • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • GIS-based mapping platforms experience a plus but not required • Analytical and detail-oriented • Strong organizational and time management skills
