Beschreibung

• Shape individual product strategy and create relevant business cases • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life • Determine interdependencies across broader CDK product lines and ecosystem • Represent the voice of the customer and market for the product organization • Define user personas and product requirements and reflect them in user stories • Own and/or assist in Epic development • Work with the Scrum Master and agile team on backlog grooming and product requirement trade-offs • Translate product vision into prioritized and deliverable Features (Epics) and user stories • Manage sprint-team backlogs with R&D and Scrum Master, supporting definition, beta, showcase, and retrospectives • Work with product marketing to develop the product value proposition and features/benefits • Monitor and adapt to product success metrics, including adoption, profitability, NPS, and market share growth • Develop market, user persona, functional, and domain expertise • Develop and prioritize Features (Epics) and user stories based on user/market requirements, strategy, and business plan • Support business case development • Collaborate with other Product Managers to align the product with overall CDK strategy and deliverables • Lead product requirements and work daily with agile teams • Act as a peer resource for junior staff

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience • 3-5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management and/or equivalent experience in Enterprise SaaS, full lifecycle management • Experience in Agile software/DevOps methodologies • Experience working with globally distributed teams • Deep knowledge in creating Features (Epics) and user stories, driving end-to-end execution of product releases • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to facilitate customer communications • Ability to listen, consider others’ viewpoints, collaborate, and build consensus within cross-functional areas • Participation in business case creation and aligning requirements to business outcomes • Strong track record of product execution in a dynamic environment • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
