Beschreibung

• Advise CDW on new technology offerings addressing healthcare industry challenges and opportunities • Act as a thought leader in leveraging technology to positively impact the healthcare segment • Interact with customer leadership to shape future thinking and improve organizational posture • Present and demonstrate strategy, solutions, and partner technologies to customers and CDW • Monitor technology trends and developments • Develop CDW solution sets addressing customer problems within the industry • Coordinate partners in solutions addressing real needs beyond traditional technology infrastructure • Evaluate new technology approaches and solutions for value, problem addressed, market potential, and strategic fit • Collaborate across CDW to develop solution packages including services, logistics, and other capabilities • Identify target-market accounts and qualify and scope solution opportunities • Determine markets to address • Build executive relationships with customer organizations and partners • Influence target-opportunity requirements across customer executives, program leads, project leads, and technical experts • Collaborate with sales teams as a subject matter expert for customer visits, presentations, conference calls, webinars, and large solutions • Articulate value propositions to sellers, partners, and customers • Attend customer onsite meetings, business reviews, and industry days as needed • Represent CDW at external networking opportunities, conferences, and events • Train CDW sellers and sales teams on trends and solutions and mentor sellers on customer messaging

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong customer-facing skills and history of building relationships with leaders • Deep understanding of the customer’s business and credibility as a career leader in the market • Proven leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Strong understanding of the market • 10 years prior experience working within the specific industry • Proven track record navigating procurement departments for additional opportunities • Understanding of technology trends, technology architecture, and roadmaps • Experience leading implementation of technology solutions involving integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, training, adoption, and support • Ability to influence across all organizational functions • Strong strategic planning ability • Effective oral and written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and find solutions • Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, and coworkers • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate responsibility • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience as a CIO, CTO, IT Vice President, or IT Senior Leader preferred • Experience leading IT strategy and operations within the specific industry preferred • 10 or more years’ experience assessing business drivers and translating them into qualifiable, quantifiable, and tactical solutions preferred • Understanding of implementing new technologies into a highly regulated and complex technology ecosystem preferred • Industry-related certifications such as CISSP, CSSP, CISM, CRISC, or GCIH preferred • Working knowledge of FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR, and CPRA preferred
