Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Datalot’s media and client partners • Lead technical onboarding for new media and client partners from initial configuration through launch • Provide hands-on API and integration support, including XML payload validation, postback URL configuration, and data-flow troubleshooting • Conduct QA and launch-readiness reviews before go-live • Resolve partner configuration, API, and data-formatting issues as the first line of technical support • Diagnose integration failures by identifying patterns, comparing payloads, and isolating root causes • Translate technical findings into actionable guidance for partners • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations on deeper investigations • Own and maintain API guides, onboarding playbooks, integration specifications, and troubleshooting resources • Standardize setup processes and create repeatable workflows • Identify and drive opportunities to automate or simplify operational workflows • Keep documentation current and accurate

🎯 Anforderungen

• Technical aptitude at the intersection of operations and engineering • Interest or background in engineering, computer science, or technical problem-solving • 1–3+ years of experience working directly with external technical partners or clients • Comfortable reading API documentation and XML/JSON • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong written communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into actionable partner guidance • Proven ability to take ownership • Experience with API testing tools is a plus • Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or affiliate marketing is a plus
