Beschreibung

• Drive pharmacy product research and discovery efforts with internal stakeholders and external partners • Review and optimize end-to-end business processes • Identify and address operational, financial, and technological opportunities • Execute the product discovery playbook • Support the inception and development of new products for clients and patients • Influence departmental strategy and guide complex technical projects with significant autonomy • Participate in leadership-level discussions and establish clear action steps • Manage client engagements and conduct opportunity assessments • Lead projects contributing to business growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build internal and external relationships • Develop cost-benefit analyses and proposal evaluations • Conduct win/loss and build/buy/partner analyses • Manage products throughout their lifecycle • Improve consumer experience and champion operational excellence • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required • 5 or more years of experience in product management, project management, or consulting within the pharmacy, PBM or healthcare sectors • Demonstrated success managing products from concept to delivery, including strategy translation and consumer-facing product development • Experience performing analysis to translate strategy into consumer-facing products • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Certified Product Owner/Product Manager preferred • PMP, CBAP, CCP, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred • Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred • Experience with business products preferred • Experience collaborating with and building relationships with third-party vendors preferred
