Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end Professional Services delivery across onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for the Enterprise segment. • Monitor and improve utilization, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction KPIs. • Serve as escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Architects. • Set performance expectations, coach team members, and own career development and succession planning. • Partner with Professional Services leadership on hiring and capacity planning. • Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Improve operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and predictability. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support. • Support pre-sales on strategic or complex opportunities. • Funnel customer feedback into product and services improvements. • Partner with Professional Services leadership to evolve services packaging and pricing. • Ensure customers achieve defined business outcomes through services engagements. • Identify expansion opportunities with Sales and Customer Success. • Proactively manage escalations and capture customer insights to improve delivery.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field. • 2+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams or PS operations for a customer segment. • Technical background in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related domain. • Strong project or program management capabilities. • Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth technology environment. • Excellent communication skills — comfortable engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders. • Must be located in the United Kingdom.
