Beschreibung

• Build AI-native software and use AI as the default approach to engineering problems • Invent interfaces for autonomous software delivery, including pipelines that generate fixes and surface results for human judgment • Build full-stack features end-to-end using Go, React, and TypeScript • Own product outcomes across the full stack without handing off at layer boundaries • Design for reliability, responsiveness, and high-stakes interface usage • Use Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar for observability and system improvement • Identify and close gaps proactively • Potentially work on CI pipeline experience, deploy and release tooling, notification infrastructure, monetization flows, AI agent surfaces, or foundational web platform

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of production full-stack experience • Daily use of AI tools and ability to explain what was built, how AI changed the approach, and its limitations • Strong React and TypeScript skills • Backend experience in Go, including API design, data modeling, and service integration • System design and architecture skills • Ability to make conscious tradeoffs and document reasoning • Comfortable operating services in a distributed environment • Experience shipping software used by customers
