Beschreibung

• Own the Cisco brand’s technical relationship with customers and partners • Provide technical solutions addressing customer and partner business needs • Collaborate with account teams and connected sales teams on customer plans • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to account teams and customers/partners • Increase portfolio penetration through cross-selling, upselling, and competitive displacement • Lead engagements with IT decision-makers, business decision-makers, and lines of business • Translate customer and partner business needs into technical requirements • Lead opportunities through the technical sales process • Design and present relevant technical solutions • Manage virtual support teams of sales resources • Contribute to account planning, demand generation, and enablement campaigns • Build relationships with technical and business decision-makers • Identify customer pain points and tailor solutions • Develop strategic customer plans and lead solution design • Translate requirements into solutions across the Cisco portfolio • Analyze data, develop content, and provide campaign status updates • Use demonstrations to help customers visualize real-world outcomes • Monitor competitive landscapes to position Cisco’s value and win business • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners • Lead educational efforts on Cisco solutions and value • Reprioritize activities in a complex and dynamic sales environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 3 years of related experience, or PhD plus 0 years of related experience • Strong knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio, including specialized/architecture perspectives • Expertise in one or a few Cisco portfolio domains • Ability to translate customer and partner business needs into technical requirements and solutions • Ability to design and present solutions based on technical and business requirements • Ability to lead technical sales processes and customer engagements • Ability to analyze competitive landscapes and market tactics • Ability to develop strategic customer plans and account-planning insights • Ability to use demonstrations to communicate Cisco solution outcomes • Ability to collaborate with account teams, sales teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
