Beschreibung

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation. • Manage and process incoming customer applications from initial intake through final completion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements. • Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery. • Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements to operations leadership, as appropriate. • Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-6 years of relevant industry experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
