Beschreibung

• Lead day-to-day commercial installation and repair operations • Ensure customers receive an excellent experience throughout installation, service, and repair • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer experience and operational performance • Manage daily departmental activities and establish performance expectations and goals • Review service orders and analyze trouble tickets to identify trends, service issues, and improvement opportunities • Lead staffing, training, coaching, and performance management efforts • Establish work priorities and assign resources to achieve KPIs, service levels, and business objectives • Prepare and deliver operational presentations on performance, priorities, challenges, and results • Monitor and manage departmental expenditures within budget requirements • Prepare and analyze operational reports tracking service levels, performance trends, and departmental results • Recommend and/or approve departmental budgets, expenditures, and appropriations • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or related field OR five-plus years’ experience in field operations • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures • Ability to collect, manipulate, and distribute data for effective root cause analysis • Discretion regarding sensitive company information and client lists • Ability to work independently and with others • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to develop and train a technical field force • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Understanding of OPEX and CAPEX as they relate to field operations • Goals and results-driven • Experience in face-to-face customer interactions • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Above-average skill level in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel throughout territories • Previous tier II level management experience is a plus • Experience in Head End operations as it relates to content delivery is a plus • P&L responsibility experience is a plus • Familiarity with installing, documenting, operating, and maintaining customized data and telecommunication network solutions • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure Engineering, Network Security, 802.11 Wireless, Voice over IP, Metro-E, Wi-Fi and Managed Wi-Fi, complex network configurations, technical support, and training • Knowledge of broadband technologies, including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Fiber Optic, Wi-Fi, and private line services • Advanced working knowledge of Ethernet networks, TCP/IP connections, routing protocols, Wi-Fi, and VoIP codecs • High school diploma • Working knowledge of AC/DC theory as it applies to telecommunications • Successful candidate must be located in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Ohio, or Virginia • Background check, drug screening, and reference checks required as conditions of employment
