Beschreibung

• Lead the operational performance, safety, and reliability of assigned wind assets. • Establish and execute standardized operating procedures and a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset efficiency, output, and profitability. • Oversee and optimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Maintenance Management Systems to support best-in-class operations. • Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment with commercial agreements, risk mitigation strategies, and performance objectives. • Lead the management and negotiation of operational contracts, including service agreements and vendor relationships. • Design and evolve the operations organization to support growth and scalability of the renewable energy portfolio.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience required. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership within the utility or energy industry. • Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed assets, including operations, maintenance, performance optimization, and outage management. • Experience in wind, solar, geothermal, gas generation, or related energy technologies. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
