Beschreibung

• Developing performance-based, hands-on ClickHouse certification exams on ClickHouse use cases like real-time analytics, observability and data warehousing • Working with company SME's to create job task analyses for exams • Grading and maintaining all certification exams, including writing grading scripts • Developing quizzes for our course-completion badges • Writing and deploying quizzes for ClickHouse credentials • Establishing a community presence for ClickHouse certified professionals using popular social media outlets and also while attending ClickHouse user conferences and Meetups • Tracking and reporting on the metrics and KPIs of the certification program • Working with the certification and badging vendors to ensure proper delivery of the exams and badges • Handling customer support from learners interested in obtaining our certifications • Traveling occasionally to Meetups and conferences to promote ClickHouse to the community

🎯 Anforderungen

• A self-motivated attitude that provides you with the desire and determination to complete projects in a fast-paced startup environment • Proven experience developing certification exams and quizzes for a highly technical audience like software engineers and database developers • Experience with SQL • Technical breadth and depth in relevant subjects such as DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems software engineering, and big data • You have a high level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively • Excellent communication skills.
