Beschreibung

• Lead customer requirements gathering, analysis, and solution definition activities • Own end-to-end functional and technical solution design • Produce and maintain HLDs, LLDs, training materials, and service handover documentation • Lead solution build, configuration, validation, testing, integrations, reporting, and deployment activities • Ensure solutions are delivered to agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines • Act as the primary technical escalation point throughout project delivery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Build relationships with clinicians, laboratory leaders, technical teams, and project stakeholders • Deliver customer training, knowledge transfer, and transition-to-service activities • Support operational readiness and successful service handover • Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement activities • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements with Project Managers • Provide technical input into project governance, reporting, and delivery reviews • Support pre-sales activities, solution reviews, and change requests • Collaborate with Product, Consulting, and Technical teams • Drive standardisation, repeatability, and optimisation across delivery processes • Apply AI and automation tools to improve solution design, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery efficiency • Identify opportunities to improve laboratory workflows and customer outcomes through responsible use of AI • Promote an AI-first mindset while maintaining compliance with security, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience delivering complex software, healthcare technology, or digital transformation implementations • Experience leading customer-facing solution delivery projects • Knowledge of laboratory workflows, pathology services, and healthcare environments • Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) • Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or equivalent • Experience working with integrations, databases, infrastructure, networking, and reporting solutions • Experience operating within structured project delivery methodologies • Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity, delivery quality, or operational efficiency • Knowledge of pathology disciplines including Blood Sciences, Blood Transfusion, Microbiology, or Cellular Pathology • Experience delivering Clinisys or other diagnostic informatics solutions • Experience supporting large-scale healthcare transformation programmes • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes • Core understanding of AI concepts and ability to demonstrate use of AI tools in a professional setting
