Beschreibung

• Design and execute supply- and demand-side market-shaping strategies to increase access to AI diagnostic tools in LMICs • Identify opportunities to improve availability, affordability, and sustainability of AI diagnostic products • Build relationships with AI and diagnostic companies, provide market insights, define target product profiles, advise on access terms, and support regulatory and procurement processes • Support negotiations on pricing and supply terms • Cultivate relationships with governmental, multilateral, and nongovernmental organizations • Develop market analyses guiding market-shaping strategy and access negotiations • Build policy, evidence, and financing cases for AI-diagnostics adoption, including evidence generation, guideline development, policy reform, and sustainable financing solutions • Support country readiness, product introduction, and scale-up, including registration, workforce and health-systems strengthening, and procurement and supply-chain strengthening • Deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects; develop work plans, monitor program goals and donor commitments, identify bottlenecks, and achieve grant deliverables • Contribute to fundraising, donor engagement, proposal development, and reporting • Build institutional capacity and facilitate knowledge sharing • Manage oneself and direct and/or indirect reports within a matrixed organization • Undertake other responsibilities as requested by team or senior leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Public Health, or a related field • 8+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or 10+ years with a Bachelor’s degree • Relevant experience in strategy consulting or a similarly fast-paced, results-oriented field • Ideally, experience in market shaping, global health, and/or medtech • Ability to manage large projects, project design, and teams, including remote collaboration across geographies and time zones • Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills, including developing analyses and presentations for varied audiences • Exceptional diplomatic and interpersonal skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently with limited guidance in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • English language fluency, written and verbal • Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice • Ability to obtain work authorization in the United States or a CHAI program country • Advanced degree, AI for health, diagnostics, global health, LMIC experience, innovative financing, public-private partnerships, commercial negotiations, supplier engagement, and additional CHAI program-country languages are listed as advantages
